Abraham W Deyo

Description

Abraham W. Deyo, 73, for 25 years he was a farmer and milk dealer in Highland and actively interested in the welfare of the town. He died Monday afternoon in Kingston City hospital from a bad heart condition, aggravated by an attack of pneumonia. Mr Deyo was born in the town of New Paltz, son of Ezekiel Deyo & Mary Minard Deyo. Mr Deyo is survived by his widow, Anna Rosencrans; 3 daughters, Mrs Herbert Lyons of Clintondale, Mrs Grover Hyatt of Highland and Marion, son, Abraham Deyo, Jr; 3 brothers, Hiram of So Bristol, ME, Charles W of New Canaan, Conn, & Jesse of New Paltz; 3 sisters, Mrs Edgar Radiker of Wallkill, Mrs Francis Atkins of Pine Plains, and Mrs Jesse Fitch of Poughkeepsie; also 6 grandchildren. He was an official of the Highland Presbyterian church and a member of Highland Grange.
