- Albert J. "Junior" Redfern Jr., 68, of Boggy Terrace Drive, Kissimmee, died Sunday, Aug. 26. Born in Soperton, Ga., he moved to the area from Fort Pierce in 1986. He was an iron worker, and was a member of the Iron Workers Local No. 808 in Orlando. He was a Presbyterian. Survivors include his wife, Karla R. Redfern, Kissimmee; daughters, Vicki Hare and Patricia Lawrence, both of Okeechobee; stepdaughter, Cheryl Boucino, East Granby, Conn.; stepsons, Chris Smith, Cape Girdeau, Mo.; Steve Smith, Fort Pierce; Brian Smith, Cumming, Ga.; Mike Smith, Atlanta, Ga.; sisters, Dot Judah, Sebastian; Louise Hamilton, Tarrytown, Ga.; brother, Donald Redfern, Cocoa; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Services were held Aug. 28, at the chapel of Osceola Memory Gardens Funeral Home with Terry Warnock officiating. Osceola Memory Gardens Cemetery, Funeral Home and Crematory, Kissimmee, was in charge of arrangements.
