Age 83 Years

For nearly half a century she

was the stay and succour of

the Presbyterian faith

in this vicinity.

And

permitted to live until the

completion of the present

Church edifice.

She now rests in the first

grave made in its precints

IN COMMEMORATION WHEREOF

and to perpetuate a name

HONORED

for consistent dignity of

Christian Character

AND LOVED

for the tender virtues of

domestic life

this stone is raised

BY HER CHILDREN.

Beneath this sod repose

the ashes of

GILBERT IRELAND MOXLEY

Beloved husband of

Mrs. Aminta E. Moxley

Re-interred here October

10, 1914 when removed from

an old graveyard in the vicinity

one a part of the family

estate and this stone erected

by his surviving grandchildren

and great grandchildren as
