-Edward G. Cooper, who had been in the employ of Elting Harp as a harness maker for about two years, died on Wednesday night. He was a quiet man and a good workman. He drew a pension as a soldier of the Civil war. He had no relatives in this part of the country. His age was about 66 years. Funeral at the M.E. church on Friday at 2 o'clock p.m. He will be buried in the soldiers plot in the New Paltz cemetery.
