Ernest Wayne Cabral, Jr.

Ernest Wayne Cabral, Jr. of Lawa'i, died Nov. 13, 2003, at his home in Lawa'i, at the age of 51.

Born June 1, 1952, in Waimea, he worked at Kukuiolono Golf Course for 30 years as a groundskeeper and maintenance worker.

He is survived by parents Ernest and Mary Cabral Sr. of Lawa'i; one sister and caregiver, Donna (Todd) Caberto of Lawa'i; one brother, Rodney (Kim) Cabral of Aiea; girlfriend Carol Asuncion of Lihu'e; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family and friends may call on Thursday, Nov. 20, from 9 to 9:45 a.m. at Holy Cross Church in Kalaheo where services will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Hanapepe Public Cemetery.
