Jennie was born to Hiram Lusk and Sarah Ann Mosher Lusk. She married James Newell Louder on March 31, 1874. They had five children. She later married Thomas E. Blanchard on September 26, 1906. She died in California but was buried next to her sister, Elizabeth Lusk Warren.
