LEVI DUBOIS:

After a long illness, Mr Levi DuBois died at his home on Thursday, aged 68 years. The funeral was held at the Reformed church. Mr. DuBois always resided in our village at the old homestead of his father Jonathan DuBois being what is now the Henry F Dolson place. He was one of a family of five brothers, of whom the others were Deyo J, Abram R, Lewis and Andrew. The first named is dead, the others have their home in our village. The deceased was never married. He was an intelligent man, a good and quiet citizen. From New Paltz Independent December 8, 1893
