EZEKIEL Deane, who was 98 had lived in Pine Plains for the past 20 years. He is survived by a daug, Miss Augusta Deane of Poughkeepsie, and 3 grandsons. Mr Deane was well known in New Paltz years ago. From New Paltz Independent & Times July 6, 1944.

Sarah Cornelia, daughter of David LeFevre & Rachel Ann Deyo, wife of Ezekiel Deane, died in her 91st yr at the home of her son-in-law, Rev Willard Kilmer, in Millerton on Nov 7. She had been a semi-invalid for the past 12 yrs. In addition to her husband & son-in-law she is survived by a daughter, Augusta Deane of Poughkeepsie; 3 grandchildren, Everett Kilmer of Arlington, Mass, Clarence Kilmer of Pine Plains and Thobourne Kilmer of Stamford, Conn, also 3 great grandchildren.
