Church of Christ Compound A grave 90
Sacred to the memory of THOMAS BRUTON born at Powick, Worccs, England 23.2.1827 dec. 15.4.1912 and his beloved wife SELINA ANNE BRUTON (nee BODLEY) born at Mathon, Worcester 17.10.1827 dec. 1.7.1896 Arrived Melbourne aboard the “Marion Moore”, 15.2.1853 and were amongst the first Settlers in the Cheltenham District. Erected by their grateful descendants 1998.
Also buried in this grave is Thomas and Selina’s son CHARLES BRUTON buried 2nd September 1933 aged 77yrs.
