Wayne Bispham, age 85, died March 25, 2008 at St. Mary Medical Center.
Born and raised in Penndel, he had lived there his entire life. Wayne had served in the U.S. Navy during WW II aboard the USS Stockton. He had enjoyed going to the USS Stockton reunions throughout the years. He enjoyed traveling with his wife, as well as spending time with his family and friends. He was past Commander of American Legion Post #436 of Penndel. He was a member of the Bristol Terchon Post VFW. He had retired from Dial Corp. of Bristol.
Wayne was the son of the late Lewis and May Bispham. He was preceded in death by his brothers Lewis Bispham and Clardon Broadix. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Sarah Louise (nee Baker) Bispham; two children, Patricia Bispham of Bensalem and Wayne C. Bispham of Penndel; as well as many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be conducted on Friday at 8:30 p.m. at the James O. Bradley Funeral Home Inc., 260 Bellevue Ave., Penndel, Pa. 19047. Interment will be private. Relatives and friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 7:00 p.m. until the time of service.
